I've configured a field maps app that is used by field staff to view pothole locations in the municipality and mark them as complete as they are filled. Field workers use the edit multiple option to update potholes on long sections of road with a few clicks rather than having to close them out individually. When accessing the application today, field workers still have the option to select multiple points but the form/list of attributes does not come up for them to edit while editing one point at a time still works as expected. Does anyone know why this might be happening?

My group had the same issue since last week. We figured out that if you toggle "Enable pop-ups" off, then save, then toggle it back on and save again, for one of the layers in the Map Viewer, it fixed most of the blank edit multiple problem. We did have one layer that we had to specifically toggle enable pop-ups for to get it working.
Also removing and re-adding the layer to the map seemed to fix the problem, but that can cause more work for the map builder if things are customized for the map.
Hopefully this can save some people some hassle! And hopefully ESRI can use this information to try and squash this bug!
Thanks for sharing. The issue came up again this week with the same app and your suggestion of turning off the pop-ups, saving, turning them back on & saving again worked right away!
You can use the form designer in map viewer instead of Field Maps form designer to avoid the blank edit multiple form. Tested and verified in Enterprise 11.2.
