Are photos on Field Maps/Collector/Survey123 back up on the cloud, even if I delete them on off my device?

Hi, I feel like the answer is yes, but I have had a long day, and cannot easily find any articles or forum posts to confirm this question.

So if I delete photos from my device's gallery, whether they were attached or taken in the app, will the photos still be attached to its record? And will it still show up in the app?

I am always a bit nervous about deleting data. I know I can back them up as a FGDB, but I just want to confirm that I can clear photos on my device without losing it the app itself or on AGOL.

I ended up confirming with an ESRI rep, and just as I thought, deleting photos from your device's photo library will not delete them from the app. Sharing in case anyone else ever has this question.
