We have an ArcGIS Enterprise installation and want to use Field Maps. With the web app everything works. But with the mobile app on ios or android the the login doesn't work. After entering user/password in the login window I can only see a spinning wheel. Does anyone have an idea what the issue could be?
The problem exists with arcgis enterprise 10.9 and 10.9.1. The mobile app is the newest release.
