I have a map in Field Maps made that I created a new offline area for and ever since the new offline area was created and downloaded, one of my users cannot sync his edits made in the offline map and the general error he keeps getting is "Token Required." He is only one out of 10 people that have been getting a sync area with this new offline map. I can't find any helpful articles or resources talking about the token error in Field Maps specifically, so any help is appreciated. He has a lot of data collected that I don't yet want to try to have him reinstall the app and lose all that data.
