Arcade expression to convert Web Mercator to UTM in Field Maps

Field workers need to be able to record UTM coordinates while working. They can type these in, but to save time, I would like to automatically calculate and fill the Easting and Northing fields in the Field Maps form.

There's no function to project coordinates, but there is an Idea to add one, lend your support there to hopefully get that functionality someday.

Our solution is to work completely in UTM with a base map we created in the UTM zone where we will be collecting. This keeps all data in the UTM projection.

Understood but what if you don't run Enterprise/Portal? Creating basemaps isn't possible with AGOL, is it? If so, It would be good to know how to do this. I thought that in order to produce a basemap in a non-EPSG 3857 PCS, you had to have enterprise, no?
