URL Parameter that will open a pre-downloaded offline map package. Currently if you have cell service the URL parameter ReferenceContext for Field Maps will always open the "online" map and ignores any offline areas that have been downloaded to the device. It would be highly beneficial to give the option to open offline areas that have been downloaded.
