Poor Accessibility For Track's Popup Icon SVGs In ArcGIS Dashboards

With the new ArcGIS Dashboard's customization feature in the June 2024 update, the ability to change the pop-up background color was included as a theme variable. 

The default Track View's Popup SVGs are hard to see to see against dark backgrounds. When you attempt to modify the SVG's fill, stroke, or style attributes, they end up getting sanitized, reverting to black. Allowing users to change these SVG attributes would significantly enhance visibility and usability, especially in such scenarios.
