Hide Markup toggle in Field Maps app on mobile device

I plan to Never use the Markup Feature in Field Maps.

If the toggle is not turned on, then I would like to not see the Markup show up in the layer list in the Field Maps app on my mobile device. If you must include it please move it to the bottom of the layer list, it should not be at the top of the list since we are using our app to edit physical asset data in the field and each asset is stored in its own feature layer.

Optional features should not be more accessible than primary data. It is confusing for our users.
