In Field Maps we have tables associated with a polygon for the general survey area that day which collect metadata about what the surveys a surveyor has completed on that visit to a land parcel, whether or not the survey completed and if not why not. Also about survey conditions/weather. These are not part of the actual survey itself, which is associated with a different feature class, but metadata which needs to be filled in. Mandatory fields do not therefore help us, if they don't open the table to enter this metadata they don't get the mandatory field.
It would be really useful to be able to use geofencing to make it a requirement that this information is entered. Ie, when they enter the land parcel they have to fill data into that specific table.
