External Sensor Support for ArcGIS Field Maps

Add support for establishing connections to external sensors field maps. This would involve support for configuration of different sensors and different methods of logging data from sensors.
An example of this being done in older software is the "add external sensor" option in TerraSync. (https://www.neigps.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/TerraSync_GSG.pdf PG 206-207).
As for recording data, the ability to take a single reading or a stream of data could be incorporated.
For recording data in streams, readings from sensors could be hooked into the already existing streaming functionality in field maps. (https://doc.arcgis.com/en/field-maps/android/help/capture.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_0886C23DBF944A9FAC5735E5...).
