Add functionality to Field Maps form design to allow for the creation of a picklist/dropdown data entry without a domain associated with the field.
GIS specialists across the country work with the same national wildland fire dataset and create mobile edit maps for users assigned to specific fires/incidents. When managing multiple fires, it is not feasible to put a default value for the incident name, but asking users to type their own entries is a data management nightmare. If we could specify certain values for the dropdown within the form (a la Survey123) our workflow could be much simpler.
