Why are my labels not displaying?

I have street names and civic addresses labeled in my web map, but they are not displaying when the map is loaded in the Explorer app. The labels are created from hosted feature layer. The labels display properly when viewed in the ArcGIS Online web map. Any ideas??

I also have this question. I have several maps and for some I can get the labels to be visible and some not. I am a bit confused because the settings are the same for all the maps
