I'm having an issue where the app completely crashes when I have it set to use my own geolocator. Is this just an early bug? Everything seems to work fine on the original ArcGIS app.

Hey Nick, the customer service rep is convinced that the bug has been turned in and that the problem is fixed. He wanted me to try my search again, but I had the same result as earlier. I've uninstalled and reinstalled with the same results. There hasn't been an update to the app store. Is this something that could have been fixed without the app update? I was wondering if you could try it again on your end to see if you are still experiencing the same issues.

Thanks.

Hi Rob,

I think there is some confusion here- this won't be fixed in the release product until we push an update. I've informed the customer service rep. We should be pushing an update soon to fix this issue- I will let you know.

Thanks,
Nick

ah, ok. Well, that's what I was thinking anyway. At least you got it fixed right away. Thanks! We are probably going to wait until the update is released before we start deploying our iPads. I really don't want to put them out there with the old app, if the explorer app is essentially replacing it anyway.
