Problems with ArcGIS Explorer Online

Hello everyone,

I am new to ArcGIS Explorer Online and I'm trying to import SHP files from my PC, but I get an error (the error is FAILED TO IMPORT ShapeFile, INVALID shapefile) and do not know how to solve it. Anyone know how to resolve this?

Sorry friends on the forum before I could see that I had someone put the same issues in the forum. No one had read it to me worry about my problems with ArcGIS Explorer online, thanks to this post I could solve my problem.
