Hover over feature not working

I'm building a map showing the schools in a local school district.  The map is being embedded in a web page.  In ArcGIS Explorer Online (AGEO), when I hover the mouse over the stickpin, it expands and the name of the school displays.  In the browser, nothing happens (although it was working earlier).  My only clue is that the browser selects more than one feature in a blue box.

How to restore the stickpin display? Thanks.

Hi, I think the reason is that the javascript map control which is used to embed the map in a webpage does not support the mouse over action. To illustrate this you can open your map in the ArcGIS.com map viewer. When you move over a feature you do not see anything happen but when you click on it the attributes are displayed in a popup window. Explorer Online is a silverlight application - so uses the silverlight map control which supports the mouse over action.
