Content Vanishing

I am having an issues with my content (maps and web services) vanishing.  I create a map or add a web services in ArcGIS Explorer Online and save it.  When I relaunch my browser again it does not appear in the My Content forker of ArcGIS Explorer Online but it does save it to the My Content folder of Arc GIS.com 

Any idea what is happening here?

Hi,

My answer is not really, but a colleague did have a similar issue. Please check to see whether your services are fully qualified in the form: http://<server name>.<domain name>/ArcGIS/rest etc...

If not you could try the following:
- create a new map
- add a service using it's fully qualified name
-  save the map and re-open - can you see the service now?

If not, then please let us know
