Our maps don't load

Hi,

We are using ArcGIS Online for organisations. Our problem is: we can open our maps in the ArcGIS.com map viewer, but not in ArcGIS Explorer Online. 

I can view our maps in ArcGIS Explorer Online without logging in to my account. But when I log on, and press "Open" on any of our maps, it just goes "Please wait...". I have tried Firefox and Internet Explorer 9. We are using the Norwegian language version of ArcGIS Explorer Online.

Are there any obvious solutions related to this problem? Maybe some permission on our server? I have tried with maps that are shared with everyone (the Internet), and maps that are only shared with some members.
