Dear Esri,

We have a problem with opening our created GIS map. When we try to open it, we get the message: the document is invalid or corrupt. D5Lelystad had unfortunately the same problem.
We allready made the map public. Hopefully Esri can fix this map as well. The map ID is ba20abcd844849aaa61159580853b4b7. If you need more information please tell us.
Thank you very much!

I have created a repaired copy of your map. Please open this map and save is as a new map in your account:

http://explorer.arcgis.com/?open=4e11493a3c8640f6a8af7bd67e999967&extent=682082.920532005,6843136.41...

We are working on resolving this issue.

I just experienced the same problem with a document created by a member of our group. The document is shared with a group, but not public. The document number is b1a6c9dc54304050bd5967a8537a3cc6.
Can you help?
Thanks.

I have removed a geometry which had been created incorrectly, and made a copy of this map:
http://explorer.arcgis.com/?open=788fbed57c0c451bb83a7eed0be441c8&extent=459202.421000875,6803679.80...

Let me know when you have saved back your own copy of this map and I'll delete it.

(The problem was caused by a bug, not anything you did incorrectly. We have a fix for this bug which will be in the next release of ArcGIS Online, so hopefully you wont encounter this problem again).

Sure, if you send me an invite to your group, I will try and fix it - my username is sgill.
(I cannot access any maps unless they're shared publically, or shared with a group of which I'm a member).

Thanks for that - same problem as above, so again I have removed a geometry which had been created incorrectly (it was an 'Existing Bike Trail' feature number 117), and made a copy of this map - I saved it back to the same group, as <original name> - Copy.

Let me know when you have saved back your own copy of this map and I'll delete it.

I've saved it and shared it with the group. Thanks again.
