ARCGIS Explorer Online - Pop-ups for multiple pins in one location

Hello,

When I use ARCGIS Explorer online and I have multiple pins in the exact same location, I can't scroll through the pins like I can in ArcMap Viewer Online. Because each pin has about 8 different attribute fields, it isn't appropriate to merge all the pins into one which would be OK if there was only one or two attributes.

Why is the little scroll button in the ArcMap viewer but not in ArcMap explorer? Am I missing something here? It seems to be a very basic and necessary feature as when I am zoomed out and trying to click on a pin it will only click on the same pin each time.

I may have to resort to using ArcMap viewer instead of explorer.

For being the official ESRI web mapping service, I am having a hard time in completing quite a simple map.

If I want to save my map it takes about 10 minutes for it to do it! it is so slow and often crashes resulting in me losing all my work.

I have tried running it in Firefox, Chrome and IE and same deal each time. I am running on a powerful computer too.

I believe the problem is a memory leak as my browsers is sucking up gigabytes worth of ram, especially when I try to save my work.

Do other people have these problems too?
