Measure Tool

When using the measure tool, the feedback when the measurement is added to the display is not as I would expect.  The initial display is pretty good, but when it is added, it degrades badly.

Drawing box for measure area is splotchy.

Also, there should be a pop up box telling me the hectares, rather than going to contents and click open pop up.
