If I select properties and I want to change the pop up content, and I use the vertical scroll bar to navigate the field properties by selecting the bar and moving it, I see the fields normally, but if I click the down arrow on the scrollbar, i see lines through the fields, and thus my display is blocky, or not as clear, as I would expect.
If I go all the way to the bottom, and then click the up arrow, the row lines disappear.
