Is it possible to use the ArcGis Explorer .NET SDK to automate the process of converting a KML Layer to a Package Layer? I can use the application to "Share" the KML Layer as a layer package and then add the package just created back to the map but i would like to stream-line the process.
Alternatively is there a way of doing a spatial query on a KML layer?
