Hello,
I upload polygon layer packages from ArcView 10 to ArcGIS.com where they are then accessed in Explorer Desktop. I don't seem to have any control over the outline thickness in Explorer. I set the thickness to 1.0 points in ArcView, but then they are much thicker in Explorer. Different layers have different thicknesses. They are very similar datasets, I cannot tell why the outline thickness varies from one to another.
