"PopupTail" Help

Can anyone point me to documentation or sample code for the PopupTail class?

I have searched the ArcGIS Explorer SDK help, as well as countless online ESRI resources (forums, API specs., etc.) and have been unable to locate any information on this object (found in the ESRI.ArcGISExplorer.Mapping namespace).

Any help would be appreciated.
