Windows7 Arcexplorer hyperlink issues

We are rolling out windows 7 to our users and what we are findning is that having windows 7 arcreader 10 and arcexplorer or arcview 10 will break certain hyperlinks on websites. Any one else having these issues or know of a fix for this.
