Why does Editor (Add) show all feature options, instead of filtered?

I am building a Experience Builder Web App for IT Staff to locate Assets by AssetType [Workstation, Server, Printer, Phone, Fax, Panic, Sensor]. I want to separate the Panic & Sensor type into a different layer within the webmap so I can turn off by default as to not clutter the map.

Yet when I do so, and Filter the Layer & Symbology within the Web Map, the Experience builder still shows all options as below:

Could you share your sample data so we can further investigate it? Thanks!

Here is a subset of the dataset. Thank you for looking into this.

I forgot to mention this is within Experience Builder on an 11.2 Enterprise.

I don't think the filter and style settings would limit the options in Edit; it should function the same way as the Editor in Map Viewer. One possible solution is to separate the two types of features into different layers—this way, hiding a layer would prevent its associated options from appearing in the Edit pane.TianWen_0-1743069200100.png

I republished the same layer twice, with different symbology & filters and that seemed to fix it. I am still not sure why I was unable to make these changes from the source feature layer. It appeared correct within the WebMap, but not the Web Application..
