Update Datasources in Published EB App

I'm trying to copy an EB app from one AGOL Organization to another. I've already created all the web maps and hosted feature layers used by the EB app, but I haven't figured out a way to update the datasources used by the Map and other widgets. I already looked in config.json under the downloaded app but there's no place to set datasources. I would rather not have to do the update in the EB SDK environment. Can someone tell me where EB app is storing data sources?

Did you try to modify the webmap using AGOL online assistant? It's powerful tool for editing webmaps.

I'm not trying to modify the web map. As I said it was already built. I'm trying to get the EB app to recognize the new web map as the data source. I tried modifying the itemid and portalurl in the EB's config.json but that does not do the trick.

Replacing itemid, the layer url and portal url in both config.json worked fine here. You just need to make sure you're replacing all the lines that contain the above data.
