Hello,

I have installed Experience builder developer edition and installed the packages in both Client and Server side and I have started the builder.

I have tried to connect to my portal using https://localhost:3001/
And I have the client Id from OAuth 2.0

But I cannot access my portal using the localhost. I can open the portal in my browser normally and everything works fine.

Why I cannot access the portal using the local host, Anything will be very help. Thank you.

If you are trying to access your portal, then you will need to add the web adpator to the end of the URL, eg https://www.myportal.com/portal. When you connect to ArcGIS Online, you do not need to specify this.

If you installed the 1.13 version of builder, there is a bug using enterprise portal and you can connect arcgis online without any issues.
