Maybe related to the latest AGOL updates, maybe related to changes in our licensing..
We had several Experience apps with Tables configured with the Export Data Action. Today, the Export option seems to be missing from the Table Widget for users/viewers (despite double-checking sharing settings top-to-bottom).
Question: has anybody else noticed anything similar?

Yes, we are experiencing the same issue with layers coming from an ArcGIS Server REST endpoint. Looks like Hosted Feature Layers export just fine however.
Is this the same situation you have @D_Atkins? Also have you started a support ticket that I can reference when starting our own bug report?
AGOL had major issues today after the update but should be back now. https://status.arcgis.com/

Just a comment that we are having this issue with NON secured services as well.
