will Halo in dictionary smbolgy be supported like in ArcGIS Pro?
In ArcGIS Pro Halo can be activated parts of the symbology. If you publish the dictionary style as web style, the Halo is no longer supported or shown on the map.
This is eg useful for text to lift from a basemap.
