Hi,

I need to put a survey123 form in an experience builder but when i try to do it, my survey didn't appear (error on loading) :

In the console i see this :

My survey was created by survey123 connect and use our portal to connect (the same portal that is used for experience builder developper).

Is there an extra parameters to use the survey123 widget ?

Thanks.

Guillaume

I am getting the same error.

- ExB Dev Edition 1.6

- ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1

I get the same error with ExB Dev Edition 1.6 and ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1.

However :

-> If I connect ExB 1.6 to ArcGIS Online, I didn't get the errors and I can select an existing Survey.

-> If I use ExB 1.5 with ArcGIS Enteprise 10.9.1, I get no errors...

yes i can confirm that Survey123 widget works on arcgis enterprise 10.9.1 and ExB Dev edition 1.5, but not 1.6.

Hi

Do you have any idea when this will be fixed? It has never works for ArcGIS Enterprise non public facing surveys.

In theory it was fixed at 10.9.1 but clearly not!

I have the same issue.  10.9.1, survey created with https://survey123.arcgis.com/ + the portal URL.

I get red text saying "An error occurred while loading."

We are experiencing the same issue for Enterprise 10.9.1. We've been following the BUG and it was recently closed stating it was not reproducible then citing this thread as a workaround.

Any Esri Inc staff able to comment on this?

I noticed it as well that is closed today.

I tested it again on our environment (arcgis enterprise 10.9.1 and built-in Exb) and it works on our Production env but get this error on Test env. So weird.
