1) When this layer is "in use" by the edit widget, how can I change its visibility like you can for the other layers? It's off by default in the map so I want it to be turned on for this particular application without having to make a duplicate web map.

2) I only want users to be able to delete points so I turned off the ability to add features in the view's settings and you can see it's toggled off in the Edit widget's settings. However, I can still see "Create features" in the Edit widget. How can I hide this? It's greyed out for users, but still confusing if it's there.

Hi @ChelseaRozek

1. You can add the same web map and individual layers multiple times to your app. For example, you could add the same web map again to your app and hide different layers.

2. If you are testing your app using your own login and credentials, and if you own the editable layer or are an admin, you'll still be able to do full editing on the layer. You'll need to login as a different user (like one of the editors you're building this app for) to view the actual editing experience you've configured. See this similar post and the solution.

1) Ah, unfortunately this runs into an issue I forgot I made an Idea for more than a year ago where you can't "show" layers that aren't turned on in the web map by default. So it sounds like I'll have to make a duplicate web map which is a hassle to maintain.

2) Awesome, I'll have to give it a try then! Thanks

@AlixVezina Yup, here's the BUG number: BUG-000163071

The drafts do not get saved when the visibility is turned on under “Data” for those feature layers which is not visible in a web map in Experience Builder
