Sharing Experience for External Reviewers

Hello All,

I work with California Department of Fish and Wildlife and we are working on creating a series of range maps for imperiled species across the state. Part of this process is getting external expert reviewers to give their feedback on the maps we create. Our ranges are based on a polygon layer that intersected HUC12s and USDA Ecoregions; which gives us a series of polygons to light up to build the ranges. So I created a Experience that would allow reviewers to edit copies of the ranges and change the status of each polygon marking it for deletion, possible deletion, inclusion, and so on. (The image below may illustrate this better.)

We were wondering how we could share this experience with the expert reviewers and not have the information become public? And/or we do not want the reviewers to have access to other data in our organization aside from the experience and the specific layers they are editing.

Perhaps a straightforward solution is to use Hub Premium to share specific private content with those external to your organization that you want to invite to collaborate. They could authenticate using their Google or other sign in, and would not need to be a member of your organization. You can keep them away from the rest of your organization, but still privately share specific content with them.

Another approach is to add these as members to your org, put them in a custom role, and firewall them off from the rest of your organization's content using group sharing and permissions, enabling them to only see content in that special group you have created.

Overall, I would suggest connecting with your account manager to get help/advice from your Esri solution engineer team. Others here may have other suggestions.
