Section autoplay functionality is not working?

Hi there,

Just created a blank new experience builder on ArcGIS Online and added the Section Widget and two views.  Tested and it seems that the Autoplay functionality is not working.  Is it only me or if there is any potential workaround?

The issue has been resolved in the latest release of October 2023. Please give it a try and let me know if you encounter any further issues. Thank you!

The autoplay pauses if you hover your mouse over the section. Be sure to move your mouse away from this section when testing.

I am running into the same problem. 

I would think autoplay means, when the page with the views is loaded, it would start playing.  It seems you have to click the Views Navigation menu, first and that triggers the autoplay.

Currently I am using it show traffic cameras around a large event.  It would be best, if it just starts rotating as soon as the page is loaded.

Thanks for the feedback. We have recognized this issue - it's already in our product plan and will be addressed in future releases.

Great to hear it is a known issue.  Do you know when in the roadmap the fix is planned to be released?  I have an Experience Builder project set for public release in Dec of 2023, it would be great to be able to include the autoplay functionality.
