I have an end user running Windows 10 Pro and using Google Chrome (version 135) as their browser. When they use any of the tools listed above, the shapes being drawn, measurement lines, or highlighted areas do not appear visually. In most cases, only the numerical measurements are displayed—or nothing appears at all.
They tested WebGL functionality by visiting https://get.webgl.org/, and they were able to see the spinning cube, indicating WebGL is functioning at a basic level.
Is there anything else we might be missing that could be causing this issue?
I recommand doing more tests to narrow down the issue range:
1. Test on another browser, such as a Firefox or Edge
2. Measure and draw in the map viewer
3. Test on Maps SDK's measure sample and sketch sample
4. Test on other map product, such as map goose
After these, we'll know if it's browser-specific, app-specific or API-specific.
