Since the most recent Experience Builder update, I’m seeing the error “Relationship not found in the map” when using the Feature Info widget. Related records no longer appear in the popup.

The related table is present in the web map, the relationship is correctly configured, and the related records display as expected in other apps like Map Viewer and ArcGIS Pro. This issue only seems to affect popups in Experience Builder.

I didn’t make any changes on my end and noticed this start over the weekend. Just checking if anyone else is experiencing the same issue or has found a fix or workaround.

@Tristan_Read a good news is that we have a fixed updated tonight to the ArcGIS Online. Please try again and see if that solve your problem. Let us know if you have any question.

@Tristan_Read thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately we were not able to repro on our end yet.
Could you please contact Esri Support to share us more details about your app and case?  Appreciated.

Hi @Wei_Ying,

Thanks for the follow up.

I’ve been able to consistently reproduce this. Simply adding a feature class with a popup configured with the Related Records content to the Feature Info widget results in the error:

“Relationship not found in the map.”

These are feature classes with properly configured relationship classes and working Related Records content in their popups. The related records display correctly in Map Viewer, but in Experience Builder the same layers immediately return this error.

I’ve tested multiple different layers and each one behaves the same way. No changes were made on our end, and this only began over the weekend.

I’ll move ahead with opening a Support case and reference this thread.
