"null" header in Edit Widget in Experience Builder

I'm trying to configure the Edit Widget in Experience Builder and I'm running into a "null" header in the widget whenever a feature is selected. I've configured text for the title, subtitle, and description text as well as the header of the form builder in the web map that this is drawing from . The Edit Widget is set to use web map settings for the edit form. Does anyone know what this "null" (highlighted) is drawing from? In other EB apps I've made, it simply says "Edit feature."
