Hi Community,

I have a question. We are working on a Experience Builder app that we want to share within the organization. The data in the app is sensitive, so we cant publish it publicly. It is also not an option to have them login to our organizations AGOL, since it wouldn't be accessible enough if everyone has to login everytime to view the app. Is there a way to publish and an Experience Builder app (or any app, for that matter) internally without having to log in to AGOL?

Thanks,

Thomas

No, this isn't currently supported in ArcGIS Online. The primary mechanism for security is the user login. There's an idea for this below:

A solution outside of ArcGIS Online is a firewalled ArcGIS Enterprise where you could make everything public but in effect it's only accessible to those within your walled off company network.

Hi Christopher,

thanks for the reply, I almost feared that that would be the answer. I will check out the link you provided to see if that is an alternative.

Best,

Thomas
