We are currently experiencing an issue where our 3-inch high-resolution imagery will not print using the Experience Builder Print widget in AGOL.
Our print service is configured to use our ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 environment rather than the ESRI default print service on AGOL.
Here are the current behaviors:
At this time, the issue appears to be isolated to the Experience Builder Print widget in AGOL when attempting to print high-resolution imagery.
I have an open support case with ESRI but am reaching out to the community to determine whether others have experienced similar issues and any suggestions.
There is a known issue regarding printing from secured services in 10.9.1. I think this is the bug number: BUG-000141699. Ask your Support Agent if this is related.

Support Agent thinks that it is not the case. He believes it "might" be a limitation issue. Case still open at this time.
