Working for a local government, we have different departments that have to do staff reports that often contain a map. For example, our planning department will often have to do a case report for council meetings that look like the attached jpg.
Using Experience Builder, I can use the print widget and get the template to look almost exactly the same as the example I included with the exception of the multi-level title and the ability to add in a callout or textbox.
I can use the draw widget to outline things on the map but that seems to be the most you can do.
I would like to see some text tools added into the draw widget and the ability to have a multi-level title or description section.
If anyone knows an existing way, it would be greatly appreciated!
If not, would any others find this useful?

Hmm this looks promising.... Let me explore
Text support was added to the Draw Widget in the last ArcGIS Online update (November 2024). It should be added to Enterprise starting with 11.5. If you are in a position to use custom widgets, there is a custom draw widget with text support. https://community.esri.com/t5/experience-builder-custom-widgets/re-designed-draw-widget/m-p/1352200
