Print widget error - fails to print

I am using ExB with Enterprise 11.1. I set up the print widget, but printing fails every time. In the print result box, I get a red X that just says "Error" if I hover over. Can anyone point me in the right direction to figuring out what's going on? I tried turning off all the layers, specific layers, different options for the layouts, etc.

Edit: Some updates after additional testing... I tried using the same data and adding the print widget in WAB and got an error that roughly said: convert WebMapToArcgisProject() takes 1 to 4 positional arguments but 5 were given. I tried the print widget in AGOL ExB and it appeared to work okay. Seems like this may be an issue with Enterprise. Anyone have any other suggestions for how to resolve this?

Hi Molly @MollyMoore , I had print issues with Experience Builder's Print Widget and this is how I solved it. 

One solution for Experience Builder Print Widget failing and not printing a map pdf. Assign a Spatial Reference: Under the widget's Template common settings, expand Output spatial reference and explicitly set the WKID to 102100 (Web Mercator) or align it directly with your basemap projection. I found that even though 102100 appears as a grayed out default, one can manually input the numbers over it. Text will be white. Working fine now for all screen versions of app.

I was experiencing the same error while trying to print on a custom layout. After reading through this thread, I did not see an answer but thought it could have been my custom layout. After deleting an inset map I had I finally got the print layout to work without error. Still a few bugs to work out (legend not printing, dynamic text not working, etc). Just thought I'd follow up to see if you had an inset map.
