Pop-up in ArcGIS Enterprise Experience Builder

Hello GIS friends,. Good afternoon!

Pop-up for point feature (not hosted) in not working in ArcGIS Enterprise ExB. I though it was because I created the map in Map Viewer and not Classic Map Viewer, but even after creating the map in Classic Map View pop-up for point features in not working. It works for a polygon, but not for a point feature. Also, just noticing it works on map image layer, but not on feature layer.
Any suggestions?
