Experience Builder Pop-Ups

Hi! I'm looking for help with experience builder, I've create a very basic interactive map in ArcOnline with pop-ups. When I load the data and map into experience builder the pop-ups no longer work. (even in live view or once published). Is this an issue with my original map, experience builder, or the data connection process?

Are you using a feature collection in the web map?

I'm having the same issue. The web map has a hosted feature layer.

I changed the data into a hosted layer instead of a feature collection layer and it worked!
