Map and survey in Experience fail to load on iPad

I created an Experience with just a simple map (2D) widget that connects (sends data) to a survey widget. I've configured the Experience to be viewed on Desktop, Ipad and phone. But for some reason the map and survey fail to load on Ipad only. 

The iPads are all up-to-date (IOS 16) and meet all requirements as stated on the pages below.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Did you ever get this resolved? I currently have the same issue and I have an open ESRI ticket open. But I figured I would ask you and your progress.
