Layout won't stop shifting in final view

Hello all!

I'm starting to get a little stumped. I've tried playing around win the % and pixel values for multiple windows and panels, snapping it to the left side, locking the individual layers, locking the layout - and no matter what I do it always shifts around in the preview or final view.

What its supposed to look like:

It's shift around to:

Any other suggestions for locking the layout and preventing it from shifting around in different views? I read the documentation, and it just keeps saying to play around with the %, pixel values, snapping, etc. But that seems to not work. Any amount of adjusting on the browser shifts the layout.

Thank you!

For the white area on the left, check your sidebar style settings. Is it set to full size?

Do the same with the map. If you drag the handles to "fill" the space, it'll be some px/% value instead.

Edit: Oops, just realized the area on the left is a section, not a sidebar? The basic advice still stands. If something like the below doesn't work for you, post your widget style settings and I'm sure I or somebody can help figure out what's going on. An alternative is to use a row widget (set to fill the page), then put your section widget on one side, map on the other.

Thank you thank you!

It worked for the left panel, but the map was still being wonky - so I added an extra fixed panel underneath the map and now it worked. Thank you for the help!
