Issue seeing content and saving experience

Hi, my team is having an issue with experience builder on our enterprise portals.  We all have the same permissions, but while i can see content, add content, save and publish experiences, my team members cannot.  The team member who managed much of our portal left recently and we are on a learning curve.  She may have made an adjustment for me somewhere that was not done for the others, we just really don't know where to look.
