Introduction Panel Functionality?

I've used many instant apps and one of the features I really like is the ability to include an introduction panel, a pop up that can open on top of the app that users must acknowledge and close before continuing. I use it often for important announcements.

Right now I'm working on an Experience Builder app and I was wondering if there is any way to implement a similar functionality.

I ended up solving this problem for myself by adding a window to the application.
