I just need popups to work

Where do you turn on popups in experience builder?

Were they removed? Is there an esri issue?

There really seems to be no information on this online.

Hello @Rick_O_Hara, are pop-ups enabled on the web map? Or let's say, do you see them on the web map (in Map Viewer; without opening the Experience Builder app)?

I opened it in map viewer, and no, they do not work.

I went through a similar process to share a scene with mostly the same data. The scene has popups in the same experience builder app.

Hi @Rick_O_Hara,

When you open the web map in Map viewer, the pop-ups should be toggled on. Then popup will be shown in Exb.

When you say that in Map Viewer 'they do not work', can you enable them? See this doc for reference.

To add a bit more context, I'm asking because of this: "When you configure layer pop-ups in Map Viewer, the configurations will be saved with the map. (...). Configured pop-ups will display across apps such as ArcGIS Instant Apps, ArcGIS StoryMaps, ArcGIS Dashboards, and so on." (Source)

I don't believe it. That button was hiding all the way over there. This hasn't been an issue for me before. They've always just been on. Thanks.
