When using the draw widget, my drawings will sometimes delete themselves entirely and leave me with a fresh page without any drawings, losing me lots of work, effort, and time. I've found that this usually happens when I'm multitasking and I try to move windows around to view some documentation, or move my browser window with Experience Builder to another screen to see the app behind the browser window, etc. I come back to the app and suddenly, all my drawings are gone.
Is there a toggle or setting that can make the widget preserve my drawings UNLESS the user actually chooses to delete them, instead of deleting drawings randomly?
Does the draw widget in a controller?
I guess the reason is that the browser window becomes smaller when dragging between screens.
Did some testing on this, it seems that when the browser window width is changed to make the application switch between small, medium or large screen mode, all the drawings disappear. This is of course something that Esri has to fix, we can't have it that way.
Is there a way I can make it not do this? I think this is critical and makes it pretty much unusable unless I want executives screaming at my me when they encounter this issue in my app.
