Is there a way to set the default webmap's layer list to automatically open on startup? I've been able to find that functionality if I were to add a widget for the layer list. I'm trying to avoid multiple "buttons" that need to be branded for the user. For example, if I wanted the measure tool, I have to leave that on from them webmap settings since as far as I can tell it isn't available as a widget...same goes for the basemap switcher
I've attached a screenshot to explain better visually. The blue circled layer button is what I'd like to be automatically opened at startup.
